Six Wolves collaborate with Glue

Sydney-based production and street casting agency Six Wolves has been appointed by store Glue to change the face of its campaigns.

Recently wrapping up two crucial campaigns for in-store brands Lulu and Rose and Nude Lucy, Six Wolves were challenged by both brands to utilise non-traditional techniques and out-of-the box casting.

“We have employed Six Wolves to inject the essences of youth and creativity back into our brand,” comments Glue brand manager Kat Jordan.

The Lulu and Rose campaign challenged the Wolves to change the entire direction of the brand.

The casting of the model behind this campaign was essential, as was the fusion of the team that collaborated including the key stylist, photographer, hair and make-up artist whose synergies created a dynamic, inspired and professional polished product.

“The journey to creating the perfect shot is very important and enhanced by the team that you have working on it” says Adam Brown, director of Six Wolves. “We work best with the best,” he adds.

The Nude Lucy campaign presented an untold challenge of it’s own, creating the first brand image shoot and has set precedence for the label.

Transforming the last seasons’ black and white shots into an array of sexy, provocative colour, Six Wolves stepped up the fashion element by casting the right talent.

“We wanted to giving the Nude Lucy winter campaign a darker feel through the use of lighting, location and talent. The results look like it could have been shot somewhere in the Eastern Block – which is exactly what we aspired to,” says Kristen Perich, co-director of Six Wolves.
