Interbrand creative team expands

Joining as creative director and design director respectively, Mike Rigby and Andrew Droog’s have joined Interbrand.

“We’re all delighted to welcome Andrew and Mike to the Interbrand team," says Chris Maclean, creative director Interbrand Australia.

"Not only do they both bring strong international experience to the table but they are also motivated by ideas driven, beautiful design that solves business problems for our clients," says Maclean.

Rigby has worked at several UK design agencies, including True North, Pentagram London and The Chase, as well as Landor, in Sydney.

He has worked on award-winning branding projects for clients including The Tate Gallery, The National Portrait Gallery and News Limited.

Recent projects include rebranding Bristol Museum and Art Gallery and The People’s History Museum in Manchester. As well as work for Westfield, Adidas, Durham University and Grant Thornton International.

Having worked at B&W Studio and Brahm Design, Droog has worked on the likes of Republic, Perspex and Seven.

He received acclaim for his work on St George’s Crypt, a homeless charity in the UK. Producing the charity's new identity and print collateral, the project won several awards including the Best of Show at this year’s Design Week Awards and inclusion into the Design Week Hall of Fame.
