Tribe Marketing has appointed Warren Michael as creative director after a period of strong growth for the STW owned active engagement agency.
The new role will focus on the full life of all creative strategy from idea development through to execution for key clients including Schweppes and Jack Daniels.
Tribe's CEO, Mark Rodgers said Michael's experience in through-the-line creative development, including brand activation, direct marketing, consumer promotion, experiential marketing and digital, was a great opportunity for Tribe's overall offering.
"We have been experiencing solid growth from our existing client base and new business," he said.
"Warren's breadth and depth of experience is an excellent match for our team, our clients' needs and for our future direction."
Having worked previously with JWT Melbourne, George Patterson Bates, Clemenger BBDO and The Belong Group, Michael said he was excited about what the future held and was looking forward to developing Tribe's creative direction.
