It's a 30 second slice of life spot by Saatchi & Saatchi Bogota that seems at first to be built around a classic scenario. Police officer strides to car and asks for young woman driver's licence. Winning smile of young woman driver seduces police officer to let her off.
...Then the commercial fades to a view from outside the car. Police officer is standing on bonnet of car next to young woman driver's. Young woman's car is balanced on two wheels and leaning on the car beside it to fit in a half-width parking spot.
“Impact. That quality in an advertisement that strikes suddenly against the reader's indifference and enlivens his mind to receive a sales message,” Ray Rubicam, co-founder Young & Rubicam.
...As shown by Saatchi & Saatchi.
