Searingly clever creative agency, F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, has just won Bronze in the Jay Chiat Awards for searingly clever ideas. It put together two of the things that Brazilians love most – Skol and chocolate.
Skol Roundy is the first chocolate Easter egg made with chocolate and beer, and it has won Bronze in Jay Chiat Awards' Idea for New Product/Content category.
Launched in March 2012, the project, called Ovo, was created by F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, and developed in partnership with chocolate atelier, Folie.
Kits were distributed as a gift to the most enthusiastic fans of the brand. The box contained six Skol Roundy truffles made with chocolate and Skol. The promotion was hugely successful and influential advertising publication, Meio & Mensagem, named it one of the ten most innovative ideas of the first semester of 2012.
F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi creative directors, Fabio Fernandes, Eduardo Lima and Theo Rocha and head of art, Joao Linneu, led art director, Pedro Pinhal and copywriter, Rodrigo Visconti on the project.
