The 30-second spot, titled 'Alone', first aired on September 6, 2009, was written by Leo Burnett creative’s Dan Oliva and Rob Kleckner and directed by Plaza’s Nick Robertson.

It depicts the feelings of helplessness and isolation when ones car suffers mechanical failure.

I think worry and nervousness are more 'real' emotions for this situation than aggression. Maybe could be some more frustration, but the spot isn't about that, it's about being worried and feeling alone. Overall, very nice job.

Quite good, this. First person I would call would be my partner; probably to whinge about what a shit day I've had and how this would top it all off. Then I'd call NRMA for H-E-L-P. The only thing lacking here is aggression and frustration. There's not enough 'real' emotion in it. She's too all worried and nervous looking. She can be that too, but after she's had her little dummy spit. Just my two bobs worth.
