New campaign concept in bedwares

Design Royale, worked with Happy Soldiers and Sheridan to execute a life-like, virtual bed application for the launch of Sheridan’s new range of bedlinen – POP by Sheridan.

The technology -- Papervision3D flash, allows users to customise a virtual bed in-store and online. The concept is being rolled out across department stores throughout New South Wales and Victoria in the form of popup stands.

The in-store set-up aims to feel creatively inspiring, intuitive, and hopes to encourage users to play with the new range -- to mix and match pattern combinations and create their own designs via touch screen monitors.

Customers can then extend their in-store experience online to the Pop by Sheridan website.

"This campaign demonstrates the importance of digital technology in bridging the gap between in-store and online shopping," says Martin Konrad, founder and director of technology at Design Royale. "It’s about giving the consumer the option to shop when and where they like, and making it a fun experience."

To view the campaign online, visit website www.popbysheridan.com.au or check out the in-store set-up at the following locations: Myer Sydney City, Myer Castle Hill, David Jones Sydney City, and the POP by Sheridan store, Westfield Doncaster.
