The submission deadline for Pause Fest, Melbourne’s first digital festival, has been extended to August 21st. (All the details are on their website.)
So, if you produce great animation, short film pieces, interactive installations or have a proposal for an event there’s a little more time to get it ready and sent. This year the festival’s theme is Future so Pause Fest is asking artists and agencies what the future holds. Here’s your opportunity to show Australia.

Ojovivo is a recent Pause Fest entrant. It is an emerging Argentine film studio, who draw on the designs and images of yesteryear to create innovative work in which cultured history and futuristic CG effects coalesce. BMW affiliated Tiempo De Golf magazine recently commissioned the team to lead an advertising campaign for their mainstream publication and they also led a project that campaigned against the sexual abuse of children. Much of their work is screened on the Discovery Channel and MTV.
