Leo Burnett's freedom to express Bicycle Film Festival

Leo Burnett Sydney has produced a TVC for the Bicycle Film Festival written, directed and produced entirely by the in-house director/editor team of Angus Forbes and Patrick Fileti with music by Chris Bradstreet.

BFF is an independent annual film festival head quartered in New York City that currently takes place between 20 and 30 other cities around the world. The spot entitled Freedom to Express went to air this week.

In the past decade the festival has worked with or shown films by both emerging and established film-makerssss including Jorgen Leth, Spike Jonze and The Neistat Brothers.

Patrick Fileti said the festival was all about blurring the lines between film and bike cultures.
"Most people think they are far removed from one another," he said. "The Festival's message of 'Freedom to Express' brings the synergy of these two worlds together."

The Sydney version of the festival runs from 8 to 16 October.
