Sydney-based creative agency I.D.E.A.S. working with ad land stalwart Jane Caro today launched the latest campaign instalment for Community First Credit Union.
The We Put Your Interest First campaign features an outdoor 'bus wrap' execution of a stretched' bus, highlighting the flexibility of the credit union's Fixed Rate Home Loan.
Working with Electric Art, the agency created a 3D illustration that took an existing image that was manipulated to give the appearance that the whole bus is stretched out of shape.
The campaign marks a new creative direction for the credit union following a pitch in July.
As Michael O'Reilly, Head of Marketing at Community First Credit Union said they wanted to take a fresh approach to the creative.
"We wanted bring our innovative product offering to life in a more entertaining way and that is exactly what the agency did," he said.
I.D.E.A.S creative director, Max Landrak, said it was a surprisingly under-utilised medium.
"Most wraps look like posters on wheels," he said. "It's a shame because when
used well, a bus wrap can be a memorable part of any campaign".
