Hulsbosch creates an inspiring report for Taronga

Brand agency Hulsbosch has turned Taronga Conservation Society Australia's annual report into a colourful and inspiring document.

The TCSA's 2010-2011 annual report shows the important work the society does to connect people with animals and outlines its work beyond its Sydney and Dubbo locations. It is hoped the document will engage and inspire stakeholders and potential sponsors.

The 84-page document's design makes maximum use of bold imagery of the zoos' animals and staff. A series of case studies outline the society's work in locations as diverse as Antarctica and the Kosciuszko National Park in New South Wales.

Hulsbosch director, Jaid Hulsbosch, said the report's design reflects the zoos' purpose.
“The designers' clean and compelling approach can be used as collateral to promote the zoos' vision, purpose and activities to a broad range of stakeholders including supporters, donors and potential sponsors,” he said. “We are very happy to be involved in helping the TCSA secure support for the work it does in protecting rare and endangered species.”

Hulsbosch rebranded the Taronga Conservation Society Australia in 2008 and has been contracted to produce the TCSA's annual reports for the next three years. The company was also behind the Qantas kangaroo and Woolworths' Fresh Food People identity and packaging.
