Digital print specialists Digitalpress has announced its founder Theo Pettaras has been appointed as the national president of the Graphic Arts Services Association of Australia (GASAA) for 2012.
A federally established association formed in 1923, GASAA provides services for companies within the graphic arts and design industry with the aim bridging the gap between creative and production services.
Pettaras said he had been both honoured and humbled by the opportunity.
“I intend to reach out to both printing and creative communities to promote this very relevant and resourceful organisation,” he said. “I am looking forward to highlighting the benefits that GASAA membership can offer. I am equally excited to be able to share my experience and knowledge over the past twenty years in both offset and digital printing.”
