Zspace and eskimo are once again hosting Design in Motion, a screening of curated graphic design film, titles and shorts as part of Sydney Design 2011.
Entries are open for the most inspiring, cutting-edge, and creative work around with the theme of 'design onscreen'. The competition is open to both local and international submissions with the aim of exhibiting a broadly inspiring collection of moving design.
eskimo Director Zoe Pollitt said that graphic design had been traditionally seen as a print-based craft when she no longer believed this to be the case.
"It's a fascinating, rapidly changing and growing area. As a designer you can’t not be a part of it; it's the way of the future," she said.
The deadline for entries is July 11. See the clip below for further information.
Tickets for the rooftop extravaganza can be bought here.

Branded content is here to stay, that is for sure. So what does that mean for designers? Having a sponsor on board means that you have to create composite logos, which is quite challenging; essentially you need to create a logo that holds another logo.
