Corbis has announced the return of the Creatives Behind the Lens competition for its second year.
Recognising the photographic talents of creative professionals in the Asia Pacific region, it is open to all non-professional photographers working in the creative industries across Asia Pacific - including Australia, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
Submissions will be judged by a panel of industry professionals drawn from across the spectrum including creative director at Saatchi Design Sydney, Julian Melhuish; editor of Capture Magazine, Marc Gafan; founder and creative cirector of Frost Design, Vince Frost and australian photographer Tamara Dean.
Winners will be announced in mid-September, and their work will be featured online and published in the Creatives Behind the Lens exclusive print piece.
Previous competition winners include creatives from The Brand Agency, Whybin TBWA, BMF, GPY&R and Clemenger BBDO.
Michele Yeung, marketing director for Corbis, Asia Pacific & Global Channel said they had seen exceptionally talented photographers come through the competition in previous years, with hundreds of entrants delivering works to an incredibly high standard.
"Creatives Behind the Lens is a platform for creatives to showcase their photographic talents and creativity without boundaries to some of the industry’s biggest heavyweights," she said.
Entries are open until August 31 and work can submitted online here.
