Bowman, Burton back at Whybin

Saatchi & Saatchi creative director Dave Bowman and Droga 5 creative director Matty Burton are to reunite as joint executive creative directors at Whybin TBWA Sydney.

The pair, who first met at Whybin Lawrence TBWA, will return to the agency on Monday 17 May to replace Whybin TBWA Sydney executive creative director Garry Horner, who announced he is leaving after four years.

Whybin TBWA chairman Scott Whybin told AdNews: "I've watched the guys carefully and am impressed with how their careers have flourished. Brave ideas are so important right now and I know they will do a fantastic job," he said.

Bowman and Burton joined The Glue Society in 2004 working on the Virgin Mobile "Warren" campaign, which went on to win the Cannes Direct Grand Prix in 2004 and was AdNews Campaign of The Year.

The pair also worked at Saatchi & Saatchi New Zealand and Droga 5 in New York.
