BMF helps Sam Kekovich create 'chopular' culture

Celebrity and former Aussie Rules footballer Sam Kekovich has embraced popular culture in his latest bid to spread the love of lamb far and wide.

Together with BMF, he has invented 'chopular' culture, releasing his own 'chop song' – Barbie Girl.

Kekovich's chopular culture campaign has been launched in the run-up to Australia Day, featuring a 90-second 'Address to the Nation' across the Channel Nine Network, followed by his three-minute music video.

He recorded the song with pop star Melissa Tkautz and Australia's Got Talent winners Justice Crew. It also features a cameo appearance by pop culture guru Richard Wilkins.

The campaign aims to get as many 'likes' on Facebook as possible and for his song Barbie Girl to get to the top of the Nova Australia Day Countdown.
