AdNews Agency of the Year

The Media Campaign of the Year finalists are: Naked for its "Little Black Dress" campaign for Diet Coke; OMD's "The Party Garden" for Yates; and Universal McCann's launch campaign for Youi.

The three agencies on the shortlist for the Ad Campaign of the Year award are Publicis Mojo Sydney's 'Pure Waters' for Boag's Draught; SapientNitro Brisbane's 'Best Job in the World' for Tourism Queensland; and Droga5's 'Regulars' for VB.

Judging for the Media Campaign of the Year, which attracted 17 entries, took place at AdNews' Sydney office on February 3, while the 22 entries in the Ad Campaign of the Year were whittled down by a separate panel of judges on February 4, 2010.

Both judging panels remarked on the high quality of the entries this year, particularly in the Ad Campaign category where judges debated long and hard over a number of entries they felt were worthy finalists. Both panels were unaminous in their final selections.

On Tuesday (2 February) finalists in the 13 other Agency of the Year categories were named following two days of intensive judging.
The AdNews Agency of the Year, selected from the 15 category winners, will be determined by an expert panel within the week.

The winners will be announced at a gala prizegiving dinner at Sydney's Star City on Thursday 25 February. Click here to purchase tickets.
