Heaps Good allows people to sign up and create their own profile and contribute to the site, adding their own 'Heaps Good' things in South Australia. Categories include Places, Events, Stuff and People.

According to Advantage Australia, the site was created to ellicit an emotional response and assist with the retention of young people in the state.
