After relocating to Sydney a year ago, French photographer Emmanuel Giraud's images use fashion and irony to comment on today's society. His recent exhibition held in July and titled 'Garage Sale' is made up of a series of high fashion images juxtaposed against the harsh reality of a lane way garage sale, where everything from suede vests to husbands are sold for scrap.

His concept driven editorial work can be seen in publications such as Cream, Karen and culture Magazine. He collaborates with fashion designers to create inspirational campaigns.

Giraud's newest venture sees him play creative director and joint founder of Tangent Magazine.
